Processing Windows vs. Shipping Windows

All orders placed on Nexus Vibe undergo an internal quality inspection and processing window of 1 to 3 business days before they are formally handed over to our international logistics carriers. Orders are not processed or dispatched during weekends or national public holidays.

Standard International Shipping Timelines

We proudly offer insured worldwide shipping to premium global corridors. Our typical estimated delivery windows are detailed below:

United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days

United Kingdom and European Union: 7 to 15 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 16 business days

Rest of the World: 10 to 21 business days

Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays resulting from extreme weather anomalies, global logistical constraints, or local customs processing backlogs are entirely outside our operational control.

Tracking Integration and Order Tracking

Upon dispatch from our fulfillment network, a unique tracking number linked to your shipment will be generated and delivered directly to your registered email address. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor this tracking information. If your tracking page registers a status of Delivered but you claim non-receipt, you must file an official claim directly with your local postal authority like USPS or Royal Mail before a replacement can be reviewed by our store.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Nexus Vibe operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid framework for international shipments. The final price displayed at checkout covers the cost of the product and transit insurance only. Any local import customs fees, value-added taxes, import duties, or tariff handling charges levied by your specific country, which is especially applicable to cross-border shipments exceeding import thresholds in the UK and EU, are the sole financial responsibility of the consumer. If a package is rejected by a buyer due to a refusal to settle local import taxes, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. Under these circumstances, no refund will be issued.
