NEXUS VIBE – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nexus Vibe, we want to ensure your shopping experience is transparent and secure. Please review our comprehensive return and refund framework below, tailored to meet global consumer compliance standards including US FTC guidelines, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and EU Consumer Rights Directives.

Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (UK and EU Customers Only)

If you reside within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your physical goods, without providing any justification.

To exercise this right, you may utilize our designated digital Withdrawal interface on our storefront or contact us directly via email.

Upon notifying us of your intent to withdraw, you must return the item back to our designated facility within 14 days.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the inspected item back, including standard initial delivery costs.

Global 30-Day Policy for Faulty or Incorrect Items

For all global destinations including the United States, Canada, and Australia, items that arrive damaged, defective, or completely incorrect are fully covered for 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect item, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue to our support team within this 30-day window.

If verified, Nexus Vibe will provide a replacement item free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

General Return Conditions and Eligibility

For simple change-of-mind returns where applicable by region, items must satisfy the following strict criteria to qualify for a refund:

The item must be entirely unused, un-activated, and in the exact condition you received it.

The item must remain inside its original, factory-sealed retail packaging with all original plastic wraps, manuals, inserts, and accessories intact.

Exemptions: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items, final clearance custom promotions, or sealed hygiene-sensitive products once their factory seals are breached.

Return Shipping Responsibility and Address Governance

Cost Liability: Unless an item is explicitly verified as defective or incorrect upon arrival, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

Tracking Mandatory: All returns must be dispatched using a registered, trackable shipping service. Nexus Vibe does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a refund will not be processed without a valid delivery confirmation scan at our designated return facility.

Address Warning: Do not return packages back to the original sender address printed on your shipping label. That is an automated fulfillment warehouse and cannot process consumer returns. Returns sent to fulfillment centers without a verified Return Merchandise Authorization number from our team will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
